The Vitassay qPCR kits are ready to use real-time PCR assays designed to amplify and detect pathogens. In each well Vitassay qPCR Kits contain the enzymes, buffer, primer and probes as well as an internal controls in a lyophilized format. All kits include a positive and a negative control and are compatible with common thermocyclers.
Identification of pathogen DNA or RNA occurs by the use of target specific primers and fluorescent labelled hydrolysis probes which hybridise conserved regions in the genomes of the target pathogen.
