The number of inspections by the authorities regarding accuracy and adequacy of data is constantly increasing. The regulatory body requires data integrity fully in compliance with GMP rules and regulations that companies have to guarantee with continuous process improvement. We can offer you solutions to deal with this problem in addition to basic alcohol dispensers.
How does it work?
The operator is identified to the system via a silicon RFID tag that is worn on their wrist underneath their cleanroom garments.
A photocell detects the presence of their hand. An LED light creates a spot on the operators hand to help the operator ensure their hands are positioned correctly.
The automated mechanism then activates the bottle trigger and dispenses the solution at the pre-determined volume.
The system confirms the dispense is complete and records the information.
The sterility of the sanitiser is guaranteed by the bottle itself, as the original packaging is not modified during the placement in the housing and its use in the device.
The My&Clean+® system is compatible with all IPA trigger spray bottles that are on the market.
The My&Clean+® system is connected via an Ethernet port allowing full control over all units from 1 PC. It is also possible to integrate with existing control software.
The My&Clean+® system can be connected to the main supervising system and cause doors to be locked unless mandatory hand sanitisation is performed.
In addition to the My&Clean+® we also offer other no-touch alcohol dispensers for hand sanitisation.
ASEPTI-CLEANSE
VAI developed the Asepti-Cleanse to meet the requirement of cGMP clean room operations. The dispensing system is the most advanced infrared sensor or dispensing system available in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry. It can be set to dispense approximately 1,2 or 3ml of solution without user contact.
The Asepti-Cleanse can be mounted directly onto glass or walls which makes it an excellent choice for gowning rooms and aseptic manufacturing areas.
Foot pedal operated dispenser
The DEC-50-FR Foot Pedal is an optional accessory that attaches to the DEC-50 (see manual dispenser section) and allows the user to press a Foot Pedal to dispense select VAI Aerosol products.
CleanJet®
An automatic atomizer for glove disinfection. When placed in a locker room or in a production department, the CleanJet® unit guarantees a fast and safe glove disinfection and reduces glove consumption.

Wall mounted dispensing system for VAI Aerosol products. Stainless Steel, Autoclavable. Optional foot pedal operation available.

Wall Dispenser for use with 16 oz pump bottles of the Veltek Hand Sanitiser Dec-Hand.
1 Litre Trigger Spray Dispenser
Hands free dispenser is designed for wall mounting and fitting most of the European 1-litre trigger sprays on the market. The elongated lever allows operators to disinfect their gloved hands, using the arm or the elbow.
Bottle Holder
AISI 304 BA stainless steel support arranged for wall mounting. It is suitable to hold 1 L spray bottle. Autoclavable and easy to sterilise.
