A comprehensive portfolio of third-party Serology quality control, Optitrol is your completely integrated and simplified QC solution. DiaMex have provided Serology controls for over a decade and are continuously expanding the portfolio, the major advantage is they have direct access to plasma and sera from their sister company, offering a source of extensive and reliable supply of raw material.
This Optitrol product range offers a selection of QC samples for clinical and blood screening laboratories performing serology and/or Nucleic Acid Testing (NAT) for a range of infectious diseases. Simply identify the assay currently in use and select the appropriately analyser matched QC, which are optimised for leading instruments from leading manufacturers.
The ready-to-use concept means that the controls can remain directly in the carrier or robots of the test system. The additional step of refilling of the controls manually from conventional dropper bottles into the vials of the carrier is no longer necessary. Less dead volume is required for multi analyte measurements in a single vial, thus saving the customer valuable control material.
