A bus driver!
What is your professional background and what drew you to working for AB Scientific
I started out on an apprenticeship scheme in admin with a travel company and have since worked in admin across various sectors including education, healthcare and industry. In 2011 I decided to go back to university and I now have a degree in English Literature. What appealed to me about AB Scientific was definitely the work culture. Everyone here works well together, its flexible, and being part of a growing company gives you chance to grow alongside it.

What are your hobbies and interests outside of work?
Yoga, reading, socialising with friends, love a good pub quiz
How has AB Scientific allowed you to grow and develop professionally and personally and what do you like best about your role here?
Although I started out in admin, AB have recognised and encouraged me to use my further skills, involving me in the marketing team to allow me to make use of my degree as well as working with our new system to manage stock and run reports. I love the variety of my role and the encouragement you receive to use all of your skills and interests. There’s a definite family feeling to the company and feeling of mutual growth between company and employees.
