EZ-PEC™ Antimicrobial Effectiveness and Preservative Efficacy Testing are a critical element to the development of safe and effective Cosmetic and Pharmaceutical products. Ready-to-use EZ-PEC™ quantitative QC microorganism preparations are designed to provide the required microorganism challenge concentrations for Antimicrobial Effectiveness Tests and Preservative Efficacy Tests. 

When processed as directed, EZ-PEC™ delivers a final concentration of 1.0x105 to 1.0x106 CFU per ml of the product being tested. For added convenience, a peel-off Certificate of Assay is included for quality control documentation.

EZ-FPC Daily process control

EZ-FPC™ Food process controls provide the dependability and reliability that food testing laboratories need to meet the requirements of their quality assurance programs and ensure the health of consumers. EZ-FPC™ lyophilized QC microorganism preparations are used as daily process controls for qualitative and quantitative detection methods. 

Qualitative EZ-FPC™ microorganism preparations provide a guaranteed concentration of 102 CFU per pellet for presence/absence testing. Quantitative EZ-FPC™ microorganism preparations provide a guaranteed concentration of 103 CFU per pellet for quantitative test methods. For added convenience, a peel-off Certificate of Assay is included for quality control documentation. EZ-FPC™ is packaged in a vial of 10 pellets of a single microorganism strain.

EZ-SPORE™ Food microbiology labs rely on EZ-SPORE™ quantitative QC microorganism preparations to support their quality assurance programs as daily process controls for spoilage detection methods. EZ-SPORE™ preparations provide a guaranteed concentration of 104 CFU per pellet. For added convenience, a peel-off Certificate of Assay is included for quality control documentation. 

EZ-SPORE™ is packaged in a vial containing 10 pellets of a single lyophilized QC microorganism.

E-Power QC organisms prepared to set concentrations

Epower™ QC microorganisms can be used to perform many essential quality control functions including microbial detection and enumeration, equipment calibration, method validation, bioburden determination, and antibacterial effectiveness and lethality testing. 

Available in concentrations ranging from 102 to 108 CFU per pellet, Epower™ lyophilized microorganism preparations are extremely versatile. Epower™ pellets can be used individually or several Epower™ pellets can be combined for a mixed microorganism population challenge. They can also be easily manipulated to deliver a wide variety of concentrations. For added convenience, a peel-off Certificate of Assay is included for quality control documentation. Epower™ is packaged in a resealable vial containing 10 pellets of a single quantitative QC microorganism strain.

EZ HYDRO SHOT for QC testing in water laboratories

EZ-Hydro Shot™ is a ready-to-use quantitative QC microorganism product designed specifically for water quality testing. EZ-Hydro Shot™ lyophilized microorganism pellets are packaged in individual glass vials. No pre-incubation steps are necessary to prepare EZ-Hydro Shot™ and the pellets instantly dissolve, saving laboratories considerable time and labor.

Delivering a low-level concentration of 20-100 CFU, EZ-Hydro Shot™ is perfect for a variety of water tests such as membrane filtration, enzyme substrate methods, and heterotrophic plate count.
